The Canadian Express Immigration Entry Program was introduced into Canada's IRCC immigration system in January 2015. This program is designed to select workers who wish to migrate to Canada for financial reasons. This is a completely online process involving federal, provincial, and Canadian employers. Canada's new immigration selection system seeks to eliminate all the complex processes associated with immigration.

With the Express Entry – Canadian Immigration Services, the immigration process is easier, faster, and more efficient and skilled workers receive permanent residence for 6 months. The Express Immigration Program itself is not an immigration program. Express Entry is an application management system used by Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to manage and process applications received through Canada's various federal professional immigration programs.

Participation Conditions:

The eligibility requirements differ for each program approved for entry into Canada for immigration. All applicants must have at least one year of professional experience and knowledge of the official languages of French and Canadian English. All candidates for express entry are screened for criminal history and medical problems – biometric tests.

Express Entry is a competitive system in which eligible Express Entry Group candidates are ranked against each other and the top-ranked candidates are then asked to apply for Canadian PR status. The ranking system is based on the following criteria:
